How to Use the Complaint Form
  1. Download the complaint form using the button below.
  2. Fill in all required fields (name, contact details, complaint, and desired outcome).
  3. Attach any supporting documents.
  4. Submit the completed form: By email to complaints@zsm.ac.zw, or
  5. In person to the Marketing and Corporate Affairs Manager at the Zimbabwe School of Mines.
  6. An acknowledgment will be provided within 5 working days.
