It was a frenzy at ZSM on Saturday the 25th as the ZSM community delved into sporting activity on Health and Wellness Day on campus. There was a 5km marathon where men and women tested themselves as they ran the endurance race.  While others played soccer some where doing it in the netball field, then came time for the zumba dance….you should have been there as it was a sight for sore eyes. To wind up the day the people of ZSM combined as they did a brutal tug of war with the students getting one over the staff. Aaaah you should have been there, we thank thank the Health and Wellness team for promoting health and wellness among the ZSM community.
