Zimbabwe School of Mines (The Purchaser) wishes to invite potential suppliers to quote for the Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment.
Only quotations from eligible suppliers as defined in the PRAZ Act will be considered.

Zimbabwe School of Mines shall award the contract to the Supplier whose quotation has been determined to be the best evaluated quotation and is substantially responsive to this Invitation.
Quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the procurement reference number and put in the Tender box situated in the administration block or sent to our PMU email address: pmu@zsm.co.zw on or before the closing date indicated.
Bidders should satisfy the following requirements:
- Attach a copy of Tax Clearance.
- Attach requisite PRAZ documents with the registration number of that particular section.
- Delivery period should be stated.
- Payment methods should be indicated.
- Bid Validity.
NB: Failure to meet the above requirements will lead to disqualification.
