Sithembile Sibanda holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the National University of
Science and Technology (NUST), Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Business Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Fort Hare (UFH). She joined Ministry of Education as a High school teacher at Hwange High School in 2002 teaching Advanced Levels, Accounting and Management of Business (MOB). Thereafter, joined OK Zimbabwe (Limited) in 2003 as a graduate trainee and after completion, was appointed Branch Accountant. In year 2005, she joined
the Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU) as an Internal Auditor and was later appointed Acting Senior Internal Auditor. She was at Zimbabwe Posts (Private) Limited and its Subsidiaries, namely, Courier Connect (Private) Limited and occupied various positions for fourteen years since 2008 including, being an Internal Auditor, Finance and Administration Manager, Financial Accountant and Finance Manager. Her experience with Zimbabwe Posts (Private) Limited Group for fourteen years was in the fields of Accounting & Finance, Taxation, Auditing, business operating systems and Strategy.
