Siphathisiwe (Mguni) Maisiri (MBA, PGDM (NUST), FZIM,FIAC) Joined the Zimbabwe School of Mines in 2005 as an Administrator. She was appointed the Corporate Affairs Executive in 2007 which was realigned to Marketing & Corporate Affairs Manager in December 2021. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Post Graduate Diploma in Management with the National University of Science and Technology. She is a holder of IAC Diplomas in Company Secretary and Financial Accounting. She is a fellow member of the Institute of Administration and Commerce and Zimbabwe Institute of Management. Siphathisiwe holds an Executive Diploma in Leadership with the Zimbabwe Institute of Management and is currently pursuing post graduate studies in Digital Marketing. Has over ten years senior management experience and five years management experience. She sits in the Mine Entra Working Committee and various Councils/Boards and is a judge for ZITF for several years. She is a 2016 Megafest Awards, Female Manager of the year award winner for the Southern region.
