COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is an exciting and interactive programme designed to help experienced and second-level supervisors take stock of their roles and to develop the skills and approach they need to perform effectively in the modern organisation. This 7-day course is designed to provide the participants with techniques and skills to enhance their effectiveness as supervisors in mining operations. The course is geared to those who wish to achieve a greater understanding of mining operations supervision techniques. In particular, those who are looking to achieve effective working relationships with core staff or who have peripheral contact with the mining industry.

CERTIFICATION

At the conclusion of this course, students will receive a Zimbabwe School of Mines certificate as testimony of their hard work and acquired skills gained during their learning experience.
