Zimbabwe School of Mines invites reputable suppliers who are duly registered with the Procurement Regulatory
Authority of Zimbabwe to submit bids for inclusion in our standing list in line with Section 32
(restricted bidding method) of the PPDPA read together with Section 15 of the regulations for the following categories:

1. Bidding documents are available at our office upon payment of $ZWL1000.00 (one thousand dollars
only) from 0800-1630 starting Friday 18 June 2021 to Friday 16 July 2021 at 1000 hours.
2. A sealed envelope containing a detailed profile and experience shall be submitted in the tender box at
Zimbabwe School of Mines.
3. Interested bidders may request for electronic bidding documents via email (pmu@zsm.co.zw)
4. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted
5. Sealed bids in clearly marked envelopes indicating the tender number must be submitted in the tender
box at the reception at the ZSM Administration Block addressed to the Principal, attention Procurement
Unit, Coghlan Avenue Extension, Killarney, P. O. Box 2745, Bulawayo. Tel.: 263-292-291247, 291598, 290602.
